Cat Girls

I watched Cat Girl Kiki last night - what a crazy film! It got me thinking about cat girl uniforms. The Japanese cat girl uniform is known as nekomimi, meaning cat ears; this look is popular in anime and cosplay. The most obvious Western film character would be Catwoman, complete with cat ears and as a bonus a leather bodysuit. The Halle Berry Catwoman film is average at best, maybe not the worst film ever made as some critics would have viewers believe. I still think Batman and Robin is the worst Batman spin-off film. As a further insult to the franchise, the Catwoman videogame was harshly reviewed.  However, Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns is smoking hot as catwoman and plays the character better than anyone (to date).
Some animation featuring catgirls include Dominion: Tank Police and Josie and the Pussycats. Surprisingly, Gunsmith Cats doesn't feature any to my knowledge.

The question is are cat girl costumes goofy or sexy?

Of course, they're sexy. I would rather have a sexy cat girl clawing me than a flea-ridden bitch.
